About the Opportunity
Service Associates are the key element of
our business: the personal face of ACE Cash Express
to its customers. In your role, you'll gain the
satisfaction of knowing that you are meeting
customers' needs by providing personable and
efficient service. |

You’ll get to know many customers by name
and work in a team-oriented environment.The work day follows a typical rhythm. There are a
regular set of administrative procedures, where your
accuracy, math and computer skills will be counted
upon. Most rewardingly, you will interact with a
variety of customer transactions, including: check
cashing, check cashing collections, bill payments,
money wires, money order sales, prepaid debit card
transactions. Your ability to service customers with
warmth, professionalism, and efficiency will be
integral to your success at increasing sales.
Following all cash handling and security procedures
is paramount.
Thorough hands on training will be provided to all
new staff to ensure your success as a Service
Associate.
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:
• High School Diploma
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
with a professional attitude in dealing with the
public
• At least 6 months of cash handling or retail
service experience is required
• Ability to cross-sell products and services
preferred
• Good verbal communication skills
• Aptitude for arithmetic
• Proficient with Windows PC and Microsoft Office
suite
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Ability to float between locations
• Bilingual is a plus
